The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed, loved the decor and finishing touches! Our host Max was lovely, he made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do while we were in Valencia. The location was really convenient too, close to shops, nightlife, the historical centre (and excellent transport links to everything else). It was just perfect. Thank you!

I really liked the flat in Calle Denia because it felt so cosy and I would certainly use it again. A couple of things in the bathroom need to be fixed but easy to forget when we stand on the balcony and can admire Valencia up to its port

Very nice apt. Location on the edge of a very nice district. Apartment it self very nice, kitchen and bath extremely good. Extremely clean and contact persons very courteous
and reliable. an excellent apartment for the price.

     

Experience the real Spain in a picturesque rural setting at ´The house on the Hill’! We have three private free-standing wooden cottages with three bedrooms and sleeping space for six. Perfect for a family or group of friends!

Contemporarily furnished with central heating for winter holidays, the lodges are nestled in amongst local pine trees with sweeping views over orange groves towards the historic town of Xativa. There is also a swimming pool with an outside kitchen and bar area for you to enjoy.

Inside, each lodge is fully furnished with comfort in mind. There is one double bedroom and two twin rooms making a total of six beds. The kitchen is combined with the living area and is complete with fridge, microwave, gas cooking, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

There is also a television with DVD player and radio. You’ll also find a washing machine, iron and hairdryer for your convenience. All bath towels and bed linen is included as well as a weekly maid service.

The house is not in the city it is located in la Costera region of Valencia and are an easy train or car journey from Valencia City. Sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, or go for a drive to discover the local area and historic towns: we are located close to the village of Barxeta and city of Xátiva with everything from a historic castle and old town to vibrant shopping and a range of tapas bars and restaurants.

We can also arrange for you to have a guided tour of the local towns or local hiking paths. The local Valencia beach is 40mins away and not crowded during the busy summer season!
