Valencia has its own version of a nutty drink, the horchata. This drink is made from chufa, small edible tubers, and flavored with cinnamon and a dash of lime. This is a perfect accompaniment to bread. But if you want a fiery drink to warm your nights, order the Agua de Valencia or Water of Valencia. This is ginebra mixed with vodka and wine and diluted with orange juice. Beware though that this drink is as fiery as they come. Valencia wines are not world famous but there is not stopping you from sampling the sparkling spirits available in all restaurants Valencia.
