The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed, loved the decor and finishing touches! Our host Max was lovely, he made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do while we were in Valencia. The location was really convenient too, close to shops, nightlife, the historical centre (and excellent transport links to everything else). It was just perfect. Thank you!

I really liked the flat in Calle Denia because it felt so cosy and I would certainly use it again. A couple of things in the bathroom need to be fixed but easy to forget when we stand on the balcony and can admire Valencia up to its port

Very nice apt. Location on the edge of a very nice district. Apartment it self very nice, kitchen and bath extremely good. Extremely clean and contact persons very courteous
and reliable. an excellent apartment for the price.

This apartment is situated on the sixth floor of the building with lift access. Covering 110 squared meters, the apartment is modern, full of natural sunlight and equipped with air conditioning and heating, this property is a fabulously comfortable and tranquil home for you to enjoy during your stay.

The apartment has three bedrooms two with double beds and the third with a single bed. The main bedroom has its own en-suit bathroom with bath, shower bidet and basin and the second bathroom also has a bath, shower, bidet and basin.

The lounge area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, should an extra couple be joining you, plus an armchairs, a coffee table, television and CD and DVD player. There is also a dining area with a table and chair for two. This area opens to a nice sunny balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for cooking in the apartment, including kitchenware, crockery, utensils and a coffee maker. Appliances include a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, conventional oven with fan extractor and electric stove top.

All bed linen and towels are provided for your added convenience. Also, there is washing machine and ironing equipment so you can keep up to date with your laundry during your stay.

The location is an important feature of this apartment, being only few minutes walk to nice restaurants and coffee shops, and well connected to public transportation and the major roads of the city. A perfect, quiet location to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
