The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed, loved the decor and finishing touches! Our host Max was lovely, he made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do while we were in Valencia. The location was really convenient too, close to shops, nightlife, the historical centre (and excellent transport links to everything else). It was just perfect. Thank you!

I really liked the flat in Calle Denia because it felt so cosy and I would certainly use it again. A couple of things in the bathroom need to be fixed but easy to forget when we stand on the balcony and can admire Valencia up to its port

     

A bright and delightful, recently renovated two-bedroom apartment with a charming balcony access, for a total of six guests, Malvarrosa Beach apartment is located in the famous Malarrosa neighborhood in Valencia.

This property has been renovated to allow contemporary conveniences such as air conditioning and heating, yet is styled and furnished traditionally with quality pieces, tasteful works of art, chandeliers to provide a charming environment and relaxing surrounding.

This apartment has two levels and is ideal for a family or group of friends. There are two single bedrooms, both of them with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, and bright sunny windows. A third couple can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the downstairs living space.

The open living space is comfortably furnished with a sofa, writing desk, TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a dining table with its chairs. Right there the open kitchen is conveniently located and fitted with new appliances, contained everything you need to enjoy a meal in your apartment including kitchenware, refrigerator, electric stovetop cooking, microwave oven, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment to keep you up to date with your laundry.

There are two bathrooms newly tiled with modern fixtures, one including a toilet, basin and shower over a Jacuzzi bath, and the other with toilet, shower and basin. All bed linen and towels are provided for you, as well as a hairdryer for added convenience.

As well as the apartment itself to enjoy, it has the added value of being strategically located with easy walking access to the beach as well as the Port of America’s cup and the famous the City of Arts and Science. From here you are close to tapas bars, restaurants, bars and many of the most important Valencia events and attractions. The perfect base to discover Valencia by foot!

**It's allowed to park on the street for free, but if you don´t find any parking space, 5 minutes walk there are more parking choices at the beach promenade**
