Very nice apt. Location on the edge of a very nice district. Apartment it self very nice, kitchen and bath extremely good. Extremely clean and contact persons very courteous

I really liked the flat in Calle Denia because it felt so cosy and I would certainly use it again. A couple of things in the bathroom need to be fixed but easy to forget when we stand on the balcony and can admire Valencia up to its port

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed, loved the decor and finishing touches! Our host Max was lovely, he made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of advice on what to see and do while we were in Valencia. The location was really convenient too, close to shops, nightlife, the historical centre (and excellent transport links to everything else). It was just perfect. Thank you!

     

If you want to spend a relaxing vacation in Valencia, this apartment for up to five guests will provide you with excellent accommodation facilities. It’s a short walking distance from Valencia Beach, which is spectacular any time of the year. There are several supermarkets, retail stores and restaurants nearby.

The property is located on the third floor (no elevator access) and covers an area of 60 square meters. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Each room is comfortable and includes complete linens, towels and bed clothes.

The combined living-dining room is large and sunny. The small balcony allows for a western view of the neighborhood and gorgeous sunset views. In this space you will find a double sofa-bed, an armchair, a coffee table, TV, and DVD player. The equipped kitchen is updated and has everything you could ever need to make your own meals, such as an electric stove, an oven, a fridge, a toaster, a microwave, a blender and also a coffee maker. There is a supermarket near the apartment, where you can buy fresh food.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, a shower and a sink. There are other ammenities available at the apartment, like air conditioning, ironing equipment, a hairdryer, books and toys for your kids. Well-behaved dogs are permitted with an additional 100 deposit and additional 20 euro cleaning fee.

**Fairly easy to find parking within a block of the apartment except on Fridays when the traditional market takes place**
